Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end access you have already paid for.

Cancel from your account

Log in and open the My Subscriptions page. Every active subscription has a Cancel button under Action. Choosing Cancel stops the recurring billing for that creator. You keep access to the creator's content until the end of the current subscription period, and no further payments are taken for that subscription after it ends.

Subscriptions are billed per creator, so cancel each creator's subscription that you no longer want.

Cancel through CCBill

If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not to be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at [email protected].

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are handled by CCBill, which processes all payments on this website. Contact CCBill using the details above and include the email address you used for the purchase.
