Your account
You can update your name, email address and password under My Account once you are logged in. If you cannot log in, use Forgot password on the login page. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
Billing
All payments are processed by our billing partner, CCBill. We never see or store your card number. Charges appear on your card statement under a CCBill descriptor.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription and not to be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at [email protected].
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions page: choose Cancel next to the creator. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not billed again. You can also cancel through CCBill using the contact details above. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy has the details.
Complaints
For all complaints, please contact us through [email protected]. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to [email protected].
Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email [email protected]. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.

If you appear in content on this website without your consent, or you believe content breaks our rules or the law, use the Content Removal page. Copyright notices are covered on our DMCA page, and abuse can be reported on the Report Abuse page.
