Bethany Benz (born December 1, 1986, in Kyiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian model and performer of Nigerian and Ukrainian heritage, widely recognized for her striking beauty, crossover appeal, and memorable appearances across entertainment media.

Before entering the adult industry, Bethany built a career as a glamour model under the name Caviar, posing for well-known publications such as Jet, Motorsports, and Rolling Out.
